Devastator is a giant gestalt Decepticon warrior formed by the Constructicons. Bonecrusher is not one of them.

Trivia

The name 'Devastator' was mistakenly given to Brawl in the first movie. Michael Bay reported that he liked this name better, as it sounded more dangerous than Brawl. (Maybe he just likes names he can't pronounce.)
According to Roberto Orci he will have great upper body strength, making him run and stand like a gorilla.^{[citation needed]}
