Clocker is a Cybertronian and former inhabitant of Velocitron who was one of the components of Nexus Prime. Appearing as an eager young Transformer, he quickly bonded with Optimus Prime and even defended him from several would-be assassins sent by Ransack. Later, when the Autobots departed Velocitron, Clocker and Mainspring joined their crew. Eventually they were reunited with the remaining components of Nexus Prime on Junkion, and were reborn in their true form. Following a battle between the Autobots, Decepticons, and Star Seekers on the crumbling planet, Nexus Prime split back into five components, which then scattered across the cosmos.
