Carlos Alazraqui (born July 20, 1962) is an American voice actor and comedian. His numerous roles include Mr. Denzel Q. Crocker, Juandissimo Magnifico and Sheldon Dinkleberg on The Fairly OddParents, the titular character of Rocko's Modern Life, Shipwreck on G.I. Joe: Renegades, Bane on Justice League: Doom, Winslow on CatDog, Lazlo and Clam on Camp Lazlo, Jonathan Weed on Family Guy, the original voices of Ricochet on Mucha Lucha and Spyro the Dragon but is widely known live action wise as Deputy James Garcia on Reno 911! and even remembered as Gidget the Taco Bell Chihuahua.
