The Mini-con Cyclone Bounce specializes in vandalism such as property damage and graffiti. He isn't very bright but his spherical alt mode is just what he needs to quickly get away from law enforcers like Sideswipe and Blurr.
Transformers Rescue Bots[]
Bounce was a captive aboard the Alchemor, but he was freed when the ship crashed on Earth. After being captured by Sideswipe, he managed to escape through the GroundBridge and ended up in Griffin Rock, where he immediately began tagging graffiti everywhere. Pursued by Blurr, Bounce managed to get away when Sideswipe arrived and fought Blurr instead of recapturing him. Once the rescue team had a plan in place, Blurr and Sideswipe pursued Bounce again, but he proved too fast for them and lost them by entering the town's sewer system. He was eventually flushed out by Cody Burns and Servo, which allowed Sideswipe and Blurr to trap him with the help of the rest of the team. Sideswipe then returned home with Bounce safely ensnared in a net.

- Bounce is the first Cybertronian antagonist in the Rescue Bots cartoon.
- Bounce shares a body-type with Backtrack and Ransack.
- Though Cyclones are initially unaligned, many are shown allying with the Decepticons in the Robots in Disguise cartoon. To that end, Bounce could also possibly be the first Decepticon featured in the series, despite having never been referred to as such.
