Bilge is a Unicron-alligned Mini-Con from the Armada portion of the Unicron Trilogy.
The Aqua Raider Mini-Con Team are all dirty pirates... and Bilge is the dirtiest one of them all. The Team leader, Bilge was the swagger, the ruthlessness, even the vocal patterns of the bandits of Earth's seas. He delights in the cruelty of his mission, gleefully serving the will of his master Unicron.

Bilge is a redeco of the Mini-Con Stormcloud, transforming into a speedboat with top-mounted pressure-launch missile. He was only avialable with Volume 9 of the Micron Legend (the Japanese name for Armada) DVD series in Japan.
The same mold is used by Mile.
