Andy Milder (born August 16, 1969) is an American actor. He is best known for his roles as Dean Hodes on Weeds, Lester on Austin and Ally, and Snakehole Lounge owner Freddy on Parks and Recreation. In the realm of voice acting, he voiced Lightning Lad on Legion of Super Heroes and Jay Garrick/The Flash on Batman: The Brave and the Bold.
