
Andromeda's face is seen all over Axiom Nexus, as she's the face and voice of Axiom Nexus News' Around Cybertron newsfeed. She maintains her "soft, bell-like voice" even when discussing gruesome murders.
She is also known as Romy.

Andromeda was the news reporter for the coverage of one of TransTech Bulletbike's interviews, unaware that her interviewee was really an impostor, or that the real Bulletbike was listening to her report even as he killed one of the local lowtechs. I, Lowtech Later, when the whole story of the incident came to light, Andromeda opened the news broadcast devoted to it, before passing things over to Rook. Around Cybertron #2
Andromeda passed the holofeed over to Rook again when Around Cybertron covered a report on Ruckus, Needlenose, and Crankcase's bungled attempt to rob an "energon refinery" that turned out to be a waste fuel depot. She didn't seem to notice when Rook stepped in something horrible. Around Cybertron #1
While discussing the "offworlder condition" for Around Cybertron, Andromeda took a call from "Joe", who outed himself as a Megatron in violation of the Dux non Intruitus rule as part of an overly complicated plan for melodramatic revenge. Bee in the City 2: Electric Bugaloo
During her many reports for ANN, Andromeda covered many subjects, and had a few adventures of her own:
- She managed to avoid a traffic jam at the Hydra Loop because she was forced to work late on the night it happened.
- She interviewed fuel-expert Garara.
- She reported on the Mecha-soccer draft, dwelling on the subject of Kickstart and Heavyfoot, the sport's big stars of the day.
- She also reported on other sporting events, such as the fight between knock-out artist Counterpunch and his bitter rival/other mode, Punch; and the fight between Star Upper and Ironclad.
- She introduced viewers to Rook's special edition of ANN Tonight, where her co-reporter would be investigating what makes Axiom Nexus so great.
- She reported on business news, and the goings-on of Cybertron Galactic Systems and Galactic Express.
- She celebrated Motherboard Day, and interviewed Kitte Shūshū to mark the occasion.
- On the topic of sciences, Andromeda reported on Leadfoot's address to the Ministry of Higher Dimensional Sciences.
- She covered the season finale of Cybertron's Got Talent.
- She interviewed fashionista Needlenose, and talked about all the things the offworlder offered to those he deemed to have potential.
- She got to meet one of her idols, Cheetor, when she contacted him about the members of the Convoy.

- She was assigned two Mini-Con interns, Deduce and Groundbreak. She brought them along for a live report, but the two of them quickly proved to be completely unmanageable.

After the Waruder invasion, Andromeda resumed her duties as a reporter, and all the shenanigans her job entails resumed:
- She traded Mini-Con interns with Rook to get rid of the pair.
- She reported on Vector Prime's kidnapping at the hands of Sideways, interviewing Flash Runner, a witness to the crime.
- To brighten the tone of her broadcasts, Andromeda interviewed Overcast, covering the story of how he helped out the lost Spy-Eye find the proper bureau. Upon learning that Spy-Eye was closer to being his human companions' pet, rather than the other way around, Andromeda commented that she found such concept to be rather kinky. - She was later on-scene during Vector Prime's rescue from Sideways's clutches. She questioned Vector Prime about his escape, but the Prime was rather disoriented. She then accompanied the task force into the crime scene and witnessed Sideways and the traitorous Mini-Con Rook escape via a Dimensional Interfacer.
- Andromeda reported live from the Senate building to delve into reports of several universal clusters going “dark” to Axiom Nexus's monitoring equipment. Rook - Axiom Nexus News: Investigative Journalist
- At some point, she was asked by Vector Prime to answer a few questions for his column. Later, when Vector Prime had left abruptly, she recalled the password to his queue. - With Rook continuously failing to hire competent columnists to replace Vector Prime, the Editor turned to Andromeda to accomplish the task. She found a replacement in Bumblebee.
