Allspark (formerly Hasbro Studios) is the media production unit of Hasbro. Active since 2009, a 2017 re-organization has made it into the parent company of Allspark Animation, the TV cartoon producer which formerly went as Hasbro Studios, and Allspark Pictures, which produces feature films based on Hasbro properties. Its president is Stephen J. Davis.
On October 9, 2020, Allspark shuts down and absorbed by Entertainment One, which Hasbro acquired on December 30, 2019. On August 3, 2023 sold Entertainment One to Lionsgate for $500 million and the deal is closed on December 27, 2023. On August 16, 2023, Hasbro established Hasbro Entertainment as the successor to Hasbro Studios/Allspark and Entertainment One.
